Amid rising health challenges and the impact of climate change, the world is turning to holistic, traditional healthcare. In BRICS nations, alternative medicine is a vital part of healthcare, with Ayurveda, Yoga, Unani, Siddha, and Homoeopathy (AYUSH) gaining global recognition.

Since 2014, under Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s leadership, India’s Ministry of AYUSH has spearheaded the revival of Ayurveda, supported by the Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (CCRAS) and collaborations across 30 institutes. Ayurveda is now recognized in over 50 countries, and the Ministry has signed 24 international MoUs, strengthening global cooperation.

With growing acceptance in Brazil, Russia, China, and South Africa, Ayurveda’s global market is projected to grow at a CAGR of 12%.

Against this backdrop, BRICS Chamber of Commerce & Industry proudly announces the BRICS CCI Healthcare Summit 2025: Bridging Tradition and Innovation, to be held on August 29, 2025 at Hyatt Regency, New Delhi. The summit will explore integrating traditional medicine with modern healthcare, fostering collaboration, innovation, investment, and community empowerment across BRICS and beyond.
